Your role & responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager for the German market, you will be responsible for:

  1. Actively and comprehensively leading the sales process of Gemius products and services in the German market, including:
  • preparation and execution of sales strategy and plans,
  • acquiring, managing and expanding the client portfolio,
  • preparing and negotiating cooperation terms,
  • regular reporting on activities, sales and plan execution.

2. Establishing contacts and building relationships with existing and potential customers, including:

  • providing ongoing customer service,
  • assisting in resolving customer issues,
  • preparing solutions using Gemius portfolio tools, consistent with customer expectations.

3. Managing the Gemius brand in the German market, including:

  • preparing and presenting commercial offers,
  • representing the company at conferences and industry events,
  • monitoring the market and competitors' activities.

What are we looking for:

  • strong sales experience, preferably in a managerial position,
  • solid knowledge of the research, media, or digital industry,
  • Proficiency in both English and German,
  • ability to independently draft plans and execute them,
  • analytical and critical thinking skills,
  • independence in decision-making and goal-oriented mindset,
  • high interpersonal skills and self-confidence,
  • readiness for business travel (within Germany and to the Headquarters in Warsaw).
