The processing of personal data of our newsletters subscribers and prospective clients is governed by the following rules:

Who does process the data?

The controller of the data is Gemius SA seated in Warsaw, 48 Domaniewska St., 02-672 Warsaw.

What kind of data is being processed?

We process your email and information about requested and received newsletters or reports. Sometimes we ask you to provide us with your company name. Using your email address we can usually identify your name and surname. Sometimes we may collect directly from you information about topics you are interested in.

What is the purpose of data processing?

The data is used to ensure that you receive materials that may be interesting for you. If you agree to receive marketing information, it means you can be contacted by us with proposals for business collaboration and we can send you information about our services, which we believe are interesting for you. Your email address will not be sold, rented or leased to a third-party.  

What is the legal base for processing the data?

The legal base for processing the data is the consent to processing personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you no longer want to receive our electronic newsletters and marketing information or you don’t wish us to contact you, you can simply click on the “unsubscribe” link available in each email or contact us and request to be removed from our email database.

Who are the data sent to and shared with?    

We can share the data with our subcontractors, in particular, the IT providers of email marketing platforms. We give access to your information only in order to provide you with the technical support.

Are my data transferred outside the EU?

Data can be passed outside the EU to the IT providers of email marketing platforms. In this situation we ensure your rights enforcement in accordance with binding law.

For how long are the data stored?

Your data is stored until your consent is valid or until we receive information that your email address is out of date.

What are my rights?

If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, erase or otherwise limit our use of your personal information that has been previously provided to us you may contact us. We will comply with your request(s) according to the provision of a binding law. You can apply with the formal complaint as well, to the data protection authority.

Do I have to share my data?

You don’t have to share your data, but if you won’t do it, we will not be able to provide you with requested newsletters or reports and we’ll not be able to contact you.
