HR Department – it is responsible for thorough organization of HR processes in Gemius. The department consists of two teams.
- Recruitment & Development Team – it is responsible for supporting the business activities of the organization by helping the management in the area of HRM and the development of the employees on each stage during their work in the company. It is also responsible for creating the image of the company as an appealing employer, co-operation with the university and expert circles as well as recruitment and candidate selection. Moreover, it is accountable for building relations with the former employees and drawing a range of analysis to optimize the actions taken.
- Staff & Payroll Team - is responsible for thorough handling of personnel and payments in the company. It takes care of staff-related documents, managing holidays, salaries and co-operation with external institutions (Social Insurance Institution, State Fund of Rehabilitation of Handicapped People, Tax Office). It is also responsible for company benefits and regulations regarding employee rights.
