Turkish foreign online traffic driven by Germany
A quarter of page views on Turkish websites made with foreign computers, smartphones and tablets originates from Germany. Gemius has compiled a list of TOP 10 countries from which internet users connect the internet in Turkey most often.
It turns out that the largest online traffic originates from Germany (24 per cent of foreign traffic in Turkey) and the USA (18 per cent). Another three countries from which internet users most often surf the net are Azerbaijan (8 per cent), the UK (6 per cent) and the Netherlands (5 per cent).
The data come from www.rankingcee.com, a website basing on Gemius internet sites traffic measurement results (gemiusTraffic). It is designed to serve as a source of accessible knowledge on the internet for those interested in being up-to-date on its development and the prevailing trends. The web site features, among others, popularity ratings for: web browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, Flash Player versions, screen resolution, screen color settings, web directories, search engines, PC vs non-PC traffic, cookie files acceptance rate.
