Administration

Administration Department – it is the bloodstream of the company, responsible for the efficient functioning of the infrastructure used by the employees every day. Its specific tasks include managing and taking care of the office space, including its arrangement, modernization and supply. It also co-operates with landlords, external suppliers, cleaning and renovation companies. It takes care of phone, fax and mail services. Moreover, the department organizes office parties, workshops and business trips, manages company phones, takes care of guests, and provides administrative aid to the Board.
