Comparison of accessibility for customers using various broadband connections across different broadband ISPs
Analysis of proxy server / cache impact on the user experience
Analysis of down-time (share of time-outs in total content requests to the server) in hourly, daily, weekly & monthly resolution
Analysis & comparison of accessibility to competitive web sites
Additional analyses as needed
